« Check-in was smooth, easy to find with the instructions provided. Perfect location in mid-town Sacramento near restaurants, coffee shops, and more.The guest cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with dishes, frying pans, coffee machine, toaster, etc. All very clean.Would certainly recommend without any hesitation. »

« Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! »

« Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. »

« This was my second time coming here and it was even better than the first. Which i didn't think was possible. The outdoor movie theater is a must try as it's a unique experience in itself. We'll definitely bevback again. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! »

« This property is nice just need to before renting check everything is functional, coffee machine was broken no hot water in the shower master shower back door lock was broken, just those details, in general was a good experience. »

« The pictures do not do justice to this property! The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The property was wonderfully suited for letting our dog chase the ball in the fenced yard and we got to visit the resident bunnies, turkeys, and kitten. The owner was quick to respond to messages and left us a lovely basket of fruit and eggs. »
