« The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away. »

« Warm, cozy pine interior. With large/over sized fireplace.!!! Large deck with table and outdoor furnishings ,to watch sunrise and sunsets. The water view is just lovely. We lit off sky lanterns from the dock..The kitchen has everthing foodies need for great dinners!! We were here during my moms funeral and even with all that stress , we enjoyed the amenities this home has to offer…It was the perfect sanctuary!! Thank you! Heather »

« Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend. »

« We stayed for two nights and I immediately said upon arriving that I could stay forever. This home is so clean, newly renovated, with thoughtful fun additions throughout the home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements options for family or friend trips. The deck with grill and dining table, and the patio with fire pit maee enjoying the outside easy. « This place is wonderful - old camps are what I love. the screened in porch was "everything" and was used a lot. The screens are ripped in some places so bugs did come in but I sat on the porch until they came out mid to late at night. T he bunk beds are not useable for adults or even teens. Maybe young children. Ladder is bolted to the center of the beds..so it would be hard to get in and out of the bottom bunk. No real safely rail for the top bunk. My adults kids and grandkids didn't stay...

« Beautifully decorated, comfortable, all necessities are there from salt and pepper in the kitchen to extra TP in bathroom. Easy on-site parking, ocean right across the street! Very nice and responsive owners. Can't wait to go back! »

« Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft. »
