« We chose this property as we were in town for a funeral and there are no hotels nearby. The apartment is nice, roomy, and well-appointed. It has been decorated with flair. The stairs are a bit steep, but that is due to the age of the building. There were wireless phone chargers and smart watch chargers on each floor which was convenient.The bathroom was very tiny, but again in keeping with the age of the building.The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance.A thoughtful...

« It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar! »

« I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. »

« This space looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and parking was very easy. The area is safe and walkable. Only tip is to bring your own washcloth. They only stock hand and body towls. »

« Amazing place, very spacious, perfect for a group of friends or family. The area had shops and restaurants around everything was easily accessible. Had an amazing time only stayed one night but it was perfect. »

« This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit. »
