« This was the worst Holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed at and they are my preferred hotel. Half the outlets in our room did not work. Every time we left the room we had to go back down and get a new key bc the locks were broke. The bathroom contraption that holds the lotion was broken on the wall. The bathroom was dirty. If it wasn’t a one night layover and I didn’t have my Kids I would have left. This will deter me from using holiday inn in in the future. No bathtub stopper. The toilet handle...

« Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet. »
