« 1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. « The location was great, the room was large. The room was very hot and the windows did not open. Maintenance came and said sometimes guests turn the fireplace on which overheats the room. They were had to turn on the ac which had not been turned on for the season. There is a utility closet in the room, which is very loud and ran all night ( sounded like sneakers in a dryer). The sheets and the rug were stained »

« The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise. »

« Curieusement seule une aile de l'hôtel était disponible et il y avait des travaux dans cette ailes donc beaucoup de bruit dans la journée. Les chambres sont surannées et mériteraient un véritable rafraîchissement. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas particulièrement aimable. Une grande déception. »

« This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...
