„The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.“

„The houseboat was a great getaway for us. The boat was overall clean but could use some TLC. Modern and bright inside. Installing a bathroom sink in the unused tub area would be great. Not a usable shower in the bathroom was ok as the marina had 3 showers and bathrooms. But.... the marina property is run down (for sale? or new owners?) and needs a good cleaning up. We are used to boating so we are accustomed to tighter spaces. Property owners were great and helpful in every way!“
