« Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ. »

« Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. « We loved this place!! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! So close to the beach, ample parking, and close to wonderful restaurants and bars! Even my dog was happy! The host was so accommodating too! We will definitely stay here again! 10/10 »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!! »

« This space won’t be for everyone but I loved it. It’s in the midst of horse boarding stables. Though the outside areas are not pristine, I enjoyed seeing people interacting with their horses. Inside it was so cozy and cute! I loved seeing the creativity put into the space. The outside road noise was noticeable but the price was so right. We live outside the area and this is 15 minutes from Lawnwood Hospital where my husband was being treated. »
