« Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again! »

« My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We loved our stay. This is the first time I have rented a house without a prior review. So glad we did! The house seemed brand new or very recently remodeled. The pool table and media area downstairs made the rainy day we had on the island a great one. We had a party of seven and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was easy to walk to town but we also rented bikes to get around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard. »

« This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. « The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. My only suggestion would be the it might be time to replace the window until, it was a bit dirty. Other than that everything worked and it was a great mini vacation house. »

« Really lovely stay in Brewster. The house was great for us, had plenty of space, and we loved having the backyard for our dog to run around in. All of the other basics were all taken care of too like having the charcoal for the grill, being able to do laundry, and beach towels and chairs. We loved the location too, nice to be able to walk to the beach, and very accessible to see other parts of the cape. Mary was very informative and helpful too, and made the stay easy.
