« Newly remodeled; very clean; great comfortable beds; large number of thick, soft towels; awesome view; terrific appliances; lovely decor; reasonable access to nearby attractions; located in a quiet, quaint little town with nice people. There are 23 steps in the stairway up to the loft. Doable for us though if you are physically unable to tackle them, you need to know. The kind owner/manager helped us carry some of our stuff upstairs. Thanks Rick! We enjoyed our stay! »

« We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend.
