« Rooms were perfect and the location was convenient. We have 2 suggestions for improvement. There needs to be more plates to suite at least the 6 people the home will sleep. A new heavier weight shower curtain or a curved shower rod, this will be to keep the curtain off of you while showering. »

« Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back. »

« The host was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt responding to my questions. The house was centrally located to everything. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Hot tub was great, not super hot but just right. We thought this was a stand alone home but it’s actually a condo. The fenced in back patio helps to make you feel more secluded. Great are close to town, house had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. We had the wrong Door code upon arrival but a quick call with the property mgmt and we were able to get in. We also couldn’t get the pilot to light in the fireplace but the maintenance guy came to light it for us. It was a great stay! »

« So first we couldnt get in the house but the owner sent his number so we face timed and got it opened. While on the phone he tells me hes got an ac that can be turned on but it was not an a/c it was a swamp cooler it did cool down the hall way. Then while still on the phone he mentions no wifi. It would be a fine place its just very very basic. No blow dryer or soap or shampoos the towels were old and scratchy. The sheets were microfiber and old and scrtachy. The pillows had to babe been used...

« Justin the host was great, responsive to every request and sorted out the TV sound for us gladly. The place is a bit dated but comfortable. Highlights are the large TV receiver and of course the delicious burritos delivered every morning. Location is convenient to the national parks and Carlsbad restaurants and river walk. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. We “moved” in one evening and spent the next few days seeing Roswell and visiting Lincoln and Capitan. The evenings we spent enjoying movies and games at “home” and meals in Roswell. Very enjoyable for us all! »
