« This property is not what you see in the pictures. It's shabby and rough inside, including missing molding, patched walls and scuffed up furniture. We walked in and there were flies all over the kitchen and dead on the counter. It probably was a temporary problem, but not something you want to walk in on when you're paying for the space. « The home was very nicely decorated, very clean and in a great location at the end of a street. The backyard is very beautiful where you can hang out and enjoy being outside. The game room is a great touch and would have been used more if we would have been in town longer. Enough space for our family. Great and quick communication by property owner/manager. Location was close to University of Evansville where we spent most of our time for baseball. »
