„Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.“

„Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a lovely breakfast included. Easy walk to the small downtown for a bite to eat.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Parlour Inn. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We knew the restaurant closed at 8pm but were disappointed to find the bar also closed at the same time, we had been looking forward to a nightcap before bed. That said, breakfast the next day was very good.“

„Everything was lovely“

„Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu.“

„There were flying and crawling insects in the room.“

„This place was more than we expected. We got more than we needed for our stay and cheaper than the price we were quoted at Holiday Inn Express“

„Alles prima. Zimmer sauber, sehr freundlich Personal, genug Parkplätze. Viele Möglichkeiten um zu Fuß Restaurants zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!“

„I was there for 3 nights, the rooms are big and the bed is confy. I enjoyed my stay, just the check out was not that good. Reception opens at 08:00am and i left at 06:00, so i had no idea where i should leave the room key - no information or drop box. Anyway, if i will go to stratford for a second time, i will choose bentley‘s again!“

„Fantastic Hotel! I really enjoyed my time there. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend.“

„We had a great stay at this Home2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it delivers exactly what you would expect from the brand and does it very well. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with good service.“

„The property is fairly well maintained and nice decor. However, the room is relatively small and the bed made noise and moved every time you turned and it was not securely installed to a bed board. There was no heat in the room or bathroom. Housekeeping was not up to par as they did not even check the bathroom amenities properly as when I checked into the room, there was no bath towels and the body wash ran out and not even a spare soap was provided. No shower cap either. I was quite ...

„Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.“

„Very clean, comfortable stay.“

„A very cosy location,Maryville is a really nice village with a nice store just next door to the hotel . The B&B is not bad although in the pictures it looked a bit better and I can't really share the reviews that call it outstanding. For that a bit more consideration for details would be needed. Apart from the AC that was directed towards the bed and could not be turned off the main turn off was that the breakfast area was a shared living room of the owner. Just a personal feeling, perhaps many ...
