« This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again. »

« We had a great stay. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they said they received no notification we were coming from VRBO and had to clean up after we arrived. Had the run of the place though and we're able to pick and eat many fresh peaches, apples, and pears. We loved our stay in this quaint, cute little Casita! »

« Oh my goodness, what a GEM! We are a couple traveling from AZ to ID and then back home, so CO was an overnight stay to rest until we could get back on the road. All we needed was to eat and sleep and it was a pleasure to do both in this adorable bungalow. The owners are beyond wonderful, they reached out when it was needed and it was appreciated. « We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« Lots to like about this property: - Very clean, great view, nice & spacious. The unit has a bedroom with a king bed, and a murphy bed in the main area. The main area is very spacious & there's plenty of room to get around even when the murphy bed is down. The unit has 2 full bathrooms that are both good sized as well. There were plenty of towels and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There is an in-unit washer and dryer that made laundering our towels and suits...

"La piscine au milieu rependais une odeur de chlorés dans tout l hôtel , des enfants sans surveillance hurlaient dans la piscine jusqu a tard et pas de chance ses enfants étaient dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre ils ont sauté dans les lits criés à minuit on apellé la réception pour cesser se vacarne quelq un est venu très vite sa c est enfin calmer enfin pour un temps "
