« This cottage was perfect for us! I can think of nothing that I would change! For a couple on vacation this was the perfect cozy spot! Everything was clean, new, and organized! The property also was beautiful with a lovely trail and close access to the beach! It was really close to everything in the national park nothing was more than 25 min away! This will be our spot whenever we come back and our recommendation to anyone we know vacationing in Acadia! »

« Th property host is excellent at sending communication and responding back to you. Super clean property. Cost is very reasonable. You can easily drive to several locations in the Islands in Maine. Bucksport is only 15 mins in the opposite direction where you can get food, groceries, there is a CVS pharmacy should you need it and if your kids really want McDonalds that is there as well. But there is a Steak house just up the road, there are 2 traditional Dairy Isle type restaurant w seafood...

« Wish we could have contacted the host. One sleepless night because of air in the pipes. No way to turn off the water at the toilet which kept running. No water shut offs in the bathroom at all. Manually repositioning the broken flapper in the toilet after each flush was the work around. I'm sure water leaks into the sub floor because of the broken shower base.Great peaceful location. Appliances where great. Quaint cabin. In a beautiful area. »

« Except for the miscommunication about check-in (which, I think is more the fault of VRBO and not our host), the stay was perfect! Just far enough out of Bar Harbor to enjoy feeling like we were out in the countryside, but close enough to both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to enjoy both destinations to the fullest! Erin was extremely helpful and quickly responded with kindness and hospitality to every question. Would definitely book again. »

« Located conveniently close to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor downtown, the cottage was a neatly modernization space that efficiently fit our small family with young kids. The space was clean and the host was super friendly and accommodating. It was nice having an open grass area and play structure for our young kids to use. We also enjoyed having the fire pit and picnic bench. There are several cottages apart on the same property that would be a fun way to do a family reunion. »
