« Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets. « The apartment is bright and full of light. All updated appliances and appears to have been recently remodeled. Very comfortable space. Loved the deck out back. The only thing I wasn't prepared for, earplugs didn't help me but my headphones did, is hearing everything from the unit above. « Spacious and very nice accommodations with a thoughtful host. The kitchen and bathroom had some useful items available like coffee, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, which were pleasant to have available immediately. « I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay. »

« If you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head with the most comfortable bed you've probably ever slept on then this is your place. Cute decor. I did feel like there was no where for me to set my stuff out. All the surface space had decorations. Not a bad thing it just didn't seem very practical for the way I usually do things but I managed just fine. Nice neighborhood clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Great little place to reserve for the night. »

2/10 Horrible

"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."
