« All I remembered was that the property looked out of place in a small town. The staff were friendly and the room were luxurious for the price paid. My only criticism was there were no hanging spaces for towels etc. Should have more of similar hotel around the country. Aaaa »

« Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property. »

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« I have asked a quiet room on my booking. The reception of the hotel did not read my request and I have received a room in the corner of 2 main street. The room was more than noisy. I came back to reception to put a claim based on my request to have a quiet room, they told me we can't change your room. The windows glass are simple windows, and you have big street all around the hotel »

« Bon hôtel dans le centre de medan. La chambre DELUXE était très confortable et spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. La réception se trouve au 9eme étages. Le Check-in était un peu long cependant . Pas loin à pied de point center avec magasin et restaurant. »
