« Super spot for two families with children as so much space and wonderful safe patio and outdoor spaces Beaches stores and amazing restaurants just a few blocks walk away. Only flag is to be very careful walking at corner as it’s right next to an exit off 101 freeway with no stop sign for the cars exiting Still a careful cross to opposite side of road and then it’s very safe We loved our stay »

« The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking. »

The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house! Highly recommend! »

« Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property. »

« Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

« The home was beautiful and well maintained, full of amenities and everything you’d need on your stay. Unfortunately though, it is not suited as a landing base for a family trip. We used this beautiful space to get ready for our wedding as my husband and I have large immediate families and lots of moving parts but it’s best to spend the extra money and use a hotel where you have more flexibility with strict host rules even though you’d compromise on space.
