„Roadside motel! Beds were comfy and clean. Usual foot traffic and noises.“

„Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the ...

„TipTop“

„We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.“

Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years, ...

„Majority of the staff was nice, pleasant , and helpful. But some did not know how to talk to customers/tenants. My boyfriend and I are currently waiting for our place to be ready to move in so we have stayed for bout a week or so and then when we went to pay for another night, the girl at the desk said, we had too much traffic and she didn't like that and she would not rent us another day/night. And this was right before 10pm. She/they could have told us HOURS before that we would need to find ...

„Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das beste Home2Suites, in dem wir je übernachtet haben.“

„Very helpful staff“

„The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary ...
