Our stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to a series of issues that stemmed from poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and subpar management.Prior to our arrival, I reached out to confirm the BBQ was available and in working condition, as I planned to host Christmas dinner and needed it. Initially, I was told there was no BBQ, which was disappointing. After expressing my frustration, the host got back to me and confirmed there was one. When we arrived, we found the BBQ filthy, clearly used but not cleaned. The starter was broken, so we couldn’t light it. We had to purchase a long lighter, as the condo didn’t have one.The cleanliness issues didn’t stop there. We found dirty pans stored under the oven, which we had to clean before using. The condo only provided two dishwasher pods, which is insufficient for a multi-day stay, especially during the holidays. Guests should know to bring their own if they plan to run more than two loads. There were also only two rolls of paper towels provided, and no staples like foil or zip-lock bags, which meant we were unprepared and unable to shop again due to our short stay.The coffee maker situation was another frustrating experience. I was told in advance there would be a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, but upon arrival, there was only a Nespresso machine, which requires specific pods we didn’t have. After contacting the host on December 23rd, he initially said they’d provide a drip coffee maker. I followed up
