Hi Oliver. I have also responded via your Google review. Unfortunately we received no communication that you would not be arriving. We have checked all online messaging tools but there was nothing received. Unfortunately this resulted in as a no show as the room was being held for your stay. We were contacted the day after you were due to arrive. As the room was held and we were not informed previously, this results in a full cancellation fee, as per our policy.

Thank you for the feedback. The Paperbark Glamping tents do not have cooking facilities which is outlined in the room descriptions. Being an Eco Camp we have 2 x camp kitchens on site for self catering and an onsite bistro for lunch and dinner. With regards to lighting we have minimal lighting to comply with the National Park regulations and the Wildlife that live there.

Thank you for sharing you experience. We provide firepits for the Glamping tents but there is the option of bringing your own or purchasing wood onsite. This is on the camp T&C's however we will ensure it is communicated with our booking partners to also relay. The road is grated regularly however there was a short delay this year with the rainfall we experienced. Thank you for your review. All feedback is taken on board as we are always looking at ways to improve our services to all guests. We have 3 x Wilderness Tents with the extra bunk above the Double bed in which the majority do not. Allocation is subject to availability at the time of booking. The bistro is open to the public and to visitors joining our onsite guests for the day. We also provide live entertainment till 8pm on Saturday and 12-4pm Sunday which was introduced based on feedback from onsite guests (great atmosphere having a musician). We have a security guard that patrols the grounds to enforce the park noise regulations each evening along with an after hours number available for any concerns. Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed our 65 acre eco camp and found our Luxury Paperbark Glamping Tents so spacious, we have lowered our internal speed limit for cars to increase safety and reduce any road noise. Some diesel 4WD cars can be noisier than others. I have passed on your feedback on more menu selections for children.
