The house is beautiful and the location is great.The management company Prestige Holiday Homes were terrible to deal with and impacted our holiday. They have a call centre in New Zealand with no local knowledge or knowledge of the properties. Every question becomes an issue you have to follow up because the only job the call centre people seem to have is answer the phone and take notes. I asked to speak with higher management twice and am still waiting for the call. I gave up during our holiday and sent feedback to which I received a response 8-10 days later. Basically at the expense of our holiday, they will review their call centre protocols and management. I would not book anything again that is linked to Prestige Holiday Homes.
