The open-plan layout brings the living, dining and kitchen areas together in a relaxed, sociable setting. Settle into the lounge after a morning at the beach, or step onto the Juliette balcony for an uninterrupted look at the water below. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, cooktop and dishwasher, while the dining table offers an inviting place to gather for breakfast or an easy dinner at home.



The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king bed and built-in storage, alongside a dedicated workspace. Sliding doors open directly to the Juliette balcony, where elevated ocean views create a beautiful backdrop for slow mornings and evenings spent watching the coastline. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and wardrobe storage, offering a peaceful place to unwind after a day by the water.



The bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and natural light, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience. A private laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes longer stays easier, while a secure single garage provides dedicated parking.



Please note: There is no air conditioning; however, ceiling fans are provided in the living area and both bedrooms, with the elevated coastal position welcoming refreshing sea breezes throughout the apartment.



There is no lift access to this top-floor apartment.

The closest bus stop is Caloundra Station, just 290 metres away and approximately a five minute walk, offering services in all directions across the Sunshine Coast.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
