Step out your front door, cross the road and your toes are in the sand. The Maroochydore Surf Club is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, so morning swims, sunset strolls and a relaxed meal by the water are all easy.

Back at the unit, the fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to cook up a family feast, and the dining space has a big, welcoming table, perfect for boardgame battles or long dinners together. Two smart TVs keep everyone entertained on a lazy afternoon, and there’s a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on emails. Unwind on your private balcony with the beautiful ocean breeze and a cuppa or a cold drink in hand.

Best of all, there’s a secure garage space. Park the car on arrival and you won’t need to touch it again, because everything is so close by.

* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
