"We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didnât have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount."

"Helpful and friendly staff. However, like others have mentioned, there was an unusual odor in the room that I couldnât quite identify. The air conditioning unit and its filter also did not appear to be very clean. Otherwise, it was okay."
