What We Love

Little Alfie is a one bedroom, townhouse-style apartment over two levels in North Sydney, with a private courtyard garden, a separate study area and garage parking for 1 small car. It sleeps 2 guests in a queen bedroom, with air conditioning, a full kitchen and a washing machine. Milsons Point Station, Luna Park and the harbour foreshore are a short walk away. Rated 5 stars by past guests.

It suits couples, corporate guests and remote workers who want a dedicated study and quick access to North Sydney and the CBD, and longer stays, with a full kitchen and laundry. A portacot and high chair are available on request for guests travelling with a baby.

Living & Garden
You enter at street level, and all living and sleeping space is on the lower ground floor. The light-filled open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows through bifold doors into a small private courtyard garden, perfect for morning coffee or soaking up the afternoon sun. The large dining table seats up to six, and a TV with Netflix and streaming services makes for easy nights in.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and cooktop, a warming oven, an integrated fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, plus cooking basics and wine glasses.

Sleep & Work
The queen bedroom has built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. A separate study area with wifi is set up for working or studying from home.

Bathroom & Laundry
The bathroom has a shower and a large vanity, and the washing machine is tucked inside. Body wash, conditioner and a hair dryer are supplied.

- Dining: Sails on Lavender Bay is known for its waterfront views and modern Australian menu. For something more relaxed, try LouLou Bistro, Mani or La Capannina in Milsons Point.
- North Sydney Oval & the CBD: North Sydney Oval is a historic cricket ground and local hub, and the Sydney CBD, Circular Quay and the Opera House are an easy train, ferry or walk across the bridge away.

Milsons Point and North Sydney stations connect you to the city in minutes, Uber and GoGet car share are readily available, and the garage fits a small car.

- The garage measures 2.7 metres wide by 4.1 metres long and suits one very small car, such as a small hatchback.
- You enter at street level and take a flight of stairs down to the lower ground floor, where all living and sleeping space is.
- The washing machine is inside the bathroom. There is no dryer.
- A portacot and high chair are available on request. Please let us know before you book so we can have them ready for your arrival.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
