Perfect weekend getaway

Our first visit to the area was absolutely amazing! This condo is a perfect place right on the beach. The accommodations were impeccable. The beachfront was incredible for sunsets and daytime fun. Thank for the attention to details and pet friendly accommodations! We loved our visit!

Great property right on the beach. 2 fire pits and 2 hot tubs which was awesome but with 3 units we never were able to use the hot tubs because the other 2 units kids monopolized them. Very clean, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

Very clean condo with everything you need for a family. Only downside was the cooker didn’t work, but they had everything you need to cook inside. Very close to the beach great for the kids ! It would also be nice if the Hot tub was cleaned more often, the kids staying there didn’t care about the outdoor shower before getting in an filling it up with sand ! Over all very nice place

Excellent Stay, Coming Back!

The house was exactly as pictured, and it was perfect for us. We had four adults and two children (2yrs, 3mo) and we stayed from a Friday to a Monday. Its literally right on the beach and everything was so convenient. The owners and their ground manager were so responsive, and they even made sure there was a pack and play available to us. We had so much fun we didn't want to leave. We are definitely back next year, and we plan on making it a yearly vacation for us!

This property might not be for a couple who seeks peaceful holidays. It is great really for family or big group of friends who would like to hang out and party. The location was great. The terrace was very nice with beautiful sunset view. But there is no pravacy in terms of seeing people in the same yard and constant noises from next door. You share the yard, the tub, the washing machines and the entrances with 4 other condos. So there are constant door slamming noises. The big draw back is no curtains in the bathroom window facing the neighbor. I hope they will add it eventually. The commubication with the host was quick. We managed to have a good time but could have been better!

Surprisingly disappointed

While the accommodations were what I expected because we stayed last year and it was nice, I was disappointed in this year's visit. It was cold and we had a steady breeze due to the ACs in the windows as the windows were partly open. We tried using the small heater that we found in the upstairs bedroom for the downstairs and it flipped the breaker, leaving us with NO heat. We contacted the number given us by text only to find out that the breaker was in another Condo. Way too many extension cords for us to try and get power for the TV and the side of the condo that had no power. The contact said they would reach out to the other Condo to reset the breaker. Nearly 24 hours later we finally had power and some heat. Since we only stayed 2 days, I found that unacceptable. I won't stay there again. It's a fire hazard and not safe. How did that place ever pass an inspection? Any place else would have offered some compensation for our visit, but we got excuses and apologies.

Everything you Need, Nothing that you Don't

Truly this place is amazing. Upon entering, everything was super clean. Floors/Counters were immaculate and there was a perfect amount of décor without there being tchotchkes taking up valuable surface area. Darren was incredible even when things went wrong. He was very responsive ahead of time and had the unit set up perfectly for our stay, even bringing in an extra table and chairs so that we had a place to decorate cookies!! Now for the couple of "different" things. One, there are no window coverings in the bathroom or in the front living area. For the bathroom, I just cracked the window and hung a towel over it, but there was no way to cover the front windows on the main floor unit. It was a bit unnerving as a single female at night, so I might suggest a roller shade or something that can be completely raised for the view during the day, but pulled down at night for privacy when its dark but you have the lights on inside. Two, the only bathroom is on the main floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. Not a big deal, just an FYI. Three, I stayed the last possible weekend of the season in a unit that did not have heat. Darren let me know this ahead of time and provided space heaters. It was my choice to book and it was perfect... until you couldn't run multiple things at once without tripping a breaker. He told me where the panel was and I just needed to keep resetting it. Eventually I managed the outlets well. I am grateful they let me stay and would come back in the summer!
