I simply could not believe my good luck at finding this spacious flat, with the huge lounge area, a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a functional kitchen with all the utensils I needed, a very large modern fridge, and a lovely romantic balcony area where I took my breakfast every morning while watching the passers-by! « Appartement spacieux et très belle salle de bains. Bémol sur la literie beaucoup trop ferme. Petit déjeuner compris mais a prendre à l’extérieur ce qui n’était pas à notre goût. Très central idéal pour rayonner dans Ortigia. »

« Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Geschmäcker sind sicherlich unterschiedlich, aber für mich war die Wohnung nicht schön eingerichtet.Das Mobiliar ist veraltet, das Bad abgenutzt, auf die Couch mochte ich nicht setzen.Ebenso ist das Treppenhaus nicht schön, sondern schmutzig und veraltet.Die Dachterrasse ist hingegen richtig klasse mit einem fantastischen Blick über Ortigia. Die Terrasse war auch der Grund, warum ich die Wohnung gewählt...

« L’appartement est parfait, comme sur les photos avec une terrasse privée ainsi qu’une terrasse partagée sur le toit. Celle-ci comprends chaises, chaises longues et bain tourbillon. Aussi, la cuisine avec un gros îlot était génial. L’appartement était très propre aussi. La seule chose qui nous a dérangé et qui m’empêche de mettre un 5 étoiles c’est les communications avec les propriétaires. J’ai réservé en février pour un séjour en juin. J’ai reçu une confirmation de réservation à ce moment...

« The highlight of the property is the view from the terrace and the close proximity tomso many lovely attractions by walking. We loved the Leonardo and Archimedes Museum and enjoyed watching.the swans and ducks in the natural pond on the doorstep of the property, along with the walk to thw beautiful Caslte.. We would love to return one day. It was the perfect apartment for us. Thank you »

« Ma femme, notre fille de 2 ans et moi avons passé un séjour fantastique chez Ottavio à Ortigia. Ce dernier s’est avéré être un hôte attentif. Bien qu’absent, sa sœur Giuseppina et leur amie Rosaria nous ont vraiment beaucoup aidé et ont été d’une gentillesse admirable. Le logement est grand bien climatisé, très propre, bien équipé et surtout magnifiquement placé. Depuis l’appartement nous avons pu visiter toute l’ile d’Ortigia à pied et profiter de l’atmosphère si particulière à ce coin de...
