The apartment is located inside the Ztl and does not offer parking service, the guest before going to the apartment for check in, can park at the Talete Car Park, following the appropriate signs that lead to the parking lot without entering the Ztl area. Guests are informed that the leased property is not an accommodation facility, so services to the hotel person are excluded by law (reception, accommodation surveillance, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and linen changes, transfer). For this reason, ancillary services will be provided in collaboration with qualified external partners and are considered as extras.
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the conclusion of a rental agreement, pursuant to articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice. The requested documents are used exclusively to comply with fiscal and public security obligations, as required by current Italian legislation. .
