Prestigieux Dollar Point Location de maison de vacances dispose lac et les montagnes. Le niveau supĂ©rieur de cette maison a de nouveaux comptoirs de granit Cuisine et petit dĂ©jeuner Bar, VoĂ»tes tout au long, River Rock CheminĂ©e Ă  bois et Salle de stockage Grand Air-Lock EntrĂ©e (grande pour l'Ă©quipement de ski / snowboard / vĂ©los) .Firewood est fourni. Il y a 3 TV dont un 55 pouces! La chambre familiale convertit Ă  la cinquiĂšme chambre via un lit Murphy. Cette chambre tout usage a des canapĂ©s et table / chaises pour des jeux ou de dĂ©tente pour regarder un film sur le tĂ©lĂ©viseur. Profitez d'un accĂšs Ă  partir de cette piĂšce au niveau plate-forme de scission qui fait face au lac. Il y a aussi une chambre hors de la zone de cuisine avec un lit queen size et salle de bain complĂšte. En bas sur le niveau intermĂ©diaire sont deux autres chambres, on a un lit queen size et l'autre chambre est une "chambre avec lits superposĂ©s" avec un lit superposĂ© et un double avec lit gigogne. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain Ă  cet Ă©tage. Aussi bas sur un troisiĂšme niveau est une salle polyvalente nouvellement ajoutĂ©e avec salle de bain complĂšte ci-joint, et paver patio menant Ă  la nouvelle Hot Tub. Cette chambre peut ĂȘtre une grande salle de jeux par jour, et le convertit pour dormir la nuit en utilisant une nouvelle marque de luxe (qualitĂ© de l'hĂŽtel) canapĂ© convertible. Le rĂ©glage de la montagne boisĂ©e et aperçu du lac font l'hiver ou l'Ă©tĂ© retraite parfaite. En Ă©tĂ©, les plate-formes multi niveau sont juste l'endroit pour se dĂ©tendre sur les meubles de patio ou BBQ-ing avec votre groupe. Il y a Wifi, station d'accueil pour iPod, l'accĂšs hivernal cĂąble et au niveau de service de charrue. Il est proche de gated piscine, des courts de tennis et de la plage de la HOA. Mise Ă  l'eau est juste en bas de la route. En hiver, vous ĂȘtes un court trajet en voiture Ă  Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley et le Centre nordique.

The home is in a great location, not far from Tahoe City, restaurants, and a short drive to Incline Village. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our needs, though it would have been nice to have some actual wine glasses. The master bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed, and the shower is very small. The furniture in the home is very dated. While the listing says no pets allowed, there were what appeared to be pet stains on the carpet, and we had pet hair on our clothes after sitting on the living room furniture. We didn’t use the hot tub, so no opinion there. The best feature about this property is the location; for the cost, a real bed in the master bedroom, wine glasses, a deep cleaning, and some updated furniture would greatly add to the value.

Group of cycling friends

I have a group of friends that get together to cycle around Lake Tahoe every fall. I would say this is one of the best places we have stayed in. It is clean, spacious and beautiful. A few minor recommendations we would suggest include a patio light by the hot tub to make it easier to get down the stairs in the evening, a few more towels to use the hot tub and a few light switch labels (similar to the ones in the kitchen cabinets). Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and more than likely will plan to rent it again next September.

Good for family get away

The place was perfect for the me and the family there where plenty of board games for the kids to play and keep bizzy during our stay.. plenty of room for the whole family.. but there where spider webs everywhere, one side of the hot tube didn't work while we where staying there the bedroom with the sliding glass door to the balcony didn't have blinds for it at night time. And one of the rooms had stains on the sheet, one of the stove top burner was broken also..

Good location on the north side. Property was good for what we wanted.

Good location on North side of Tahoe. Lots of places close by for dining. Property had some webbings and dust. During this Covid-19 made me uncertain on how clean this house was.

Tahoe City Weekend Trip

This was a great home that allowed all of our friends to spend the weekend relaxing. The porch was amazing and was a perfect place to drink coffee, do yoga and grill up some tasty dinner. The home was also cozy while still allowing all our friends to have their own space. The only issue was the oven and cooktop were very slow to heat up which meant our dinner took a long time to make. The AC also only seemed to work downstairs not upstairs. This place is a great value and we would all come again!

comfortable and well-stocked but with hidden costs

This house slept 10 people comfortably, and was well-stocked with towels, games, kitchen equipment, etc., including a second refrigerator that came in handy. It's kind of a long walk to get to the Dollar Point beach, maybe a mile (and a lot of uphill on the way back!). An unpleasant surprise was the $10 per person per day charge to access the beach. The listing did not mention that, apparently because the owner thought the charge would not yet be in effect. More unpleasant was the 8 person per house limit, especially given that the house is listed to accommodate 10 people. That can make for some awkward family dynamics -- who gets to go to the beach today, and who gets left out? If you have a big group, that beach charge adds up fast. Luckily we were only there for the weekend. I can see why they would want to limit the number of people because the beach was very crowded. Had we known about the extra fees and the 8 person limit, we would have looked for a different rental.

Family summer get-a-away

We were extremely pleased with this property. It was clean, spacious and well-kept. We had plenty of room for all of our family members - our adult children and their kids; we especially enjoyed the deck off of the living/dining room, which faced the lake. We spent some very enjoyable evenings out there. The hot tub was great - someone from our family used it every night. The house is very close to grocery stores, etc, in Tahoe City. We were pleased with the amenities that were provided - the internet was fast and reliable, there were several portable fans provided that we needed during the day as the weather was quite warm when we were there; plenty of towels. Our family members enjoyed the private beach. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the owners were very responsive to any questions that we had.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing.

Our stay was perfect in this quiet neighborhood house. I like to cook and the kitchen was very functional and well supplied. The downstairs sofa bed turns into a very comfortable queen bed with its own bathroom & outside entrance, perfect for older kids or another couple. Two more bedrooms downstairs are very comfortable with another shared full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a full bathroom and another room is a study with a murphy bed that was comfortable sleeping. The back deck has plenty of seating with a view of the lake. The set up is such that while preparing meals you can still stay engaged in the conversations on the deck and living room. Clean carpets and bathrooms. Overall a very comfortable living, would love to return next year and I would highly recommend this rental. Hot tub was clean and comfortable right off the downstairs bedrooms.

Tahoe is Beautiful!

Had a great week. House worked out well and was as promised. Would be nice to have an extra house key as sometimes we had groups going different ways. Long walk to beach especially going back uphill. Enjoyed just sitting on the deck as it was very peaceful and quiet. Lake was amazing. Also spent quite a bit of time at pool and tennis courts which was an easy walk. Jacuzzi was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your home!

Wonderful place!

This was the perfect place for our summer vacation with 7 people. Loved the layout of the house, the kitchen, the deck with lake view, the hot tub, and the proximity to the pool and lake. Well stocked kitchen and games for the kids. We absolutely loved our stay here!

This house has it all. 2 living rooms that we could spread out in. The fully stocked kitchen, professional stove and large refrigerator made entertaining easy. The spacious multilevel deck received sun most of the day and was a great place to hang out. The house is super clean and has quiet neighbors. We had a wonderful time hiking, enjoying the private and the local restaurants. But our favorite spot was the hot tub where we sipped our morning coffee and watched the moon and stars at night. We will return next year for our anniversary.
