« Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. »

« Don’t hesitate to book this amazing “Incline Village” home. Great location with beautiful peekaboo views of Lake Tahoe with a great deck! My fiancĂ© and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with “Sway” was alway quick, prompt and friendly and everyone staying with us had a wonderful time!! So what are you waiting for?

"L'hÎtel a une position géographique magnifique ! C'est juste impressionnant. Il est beau, les chambres sont parfaites. Par contre le bar ferme terriblement tÎt. On est arrivé à 19h00 à l'hÎtel, le temps de monter les valises, tout était déjà fermé impossible de manger sur place. "
