« I enjoyed my stay in the National park. The historical cabins are conveniently located. Closed to the restaurants and trails. Cave tours are amazing. However the cabins are getting old and there was a persistent muggy smell inside. The AC was too loud. Even with my earplugs, I had hard time to fall asleep. »

« At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it quickly became clear that it had not been properly cleaned. I found a used baby rag left behind the chair and blood drops on our beddingâŠcompletely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this fell far below that standard.
I reported the issue to the front desk immediately. I was given new bedding and changed it myself. I wad told that photos had been taken and sent to management, and that I would hear back...

« Was dirty had massive ants switched rooms. Almost half of the room was flooded from the upstairs neighbor. Then the owner came to look and was very rude about the ants. Went to our 3rd room to where there was blood on the bedding so 3 rooms later we ended up leaving before our stay was over and didnât get refunded for the remains part of our stay there. Will never go back there. Advertised an outdoor pool online but itâs seasonal and was closed for our stay. Only nice thing there was the open...
