For security, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway and front of the property. The camera operates 24/7. Please do not cover, disable, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with the camera or other security equipment. Doing so may result in termination of the reservation in accordance with our house rules.

There is a Wi-Fi smart lock on the front door, which will open at the time of your reservation with a code. The code will be included with check-in instructions to your email and sms prior to arrival

A few important things to know before booking:
Local residents of Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, or Gadsden counties must disclose that they are local prior to booking and send us a request with the reason for their stay. Cancellation policy: Our stated cancellation policy is firm. Because unexpected circumstances can arise, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance. We are happy to provide documentation needed for a travel-insurance claim, but we are unable to provide refunds outside the applicable cancellation period. The home offers ample off-street parking as well as a covered carport—especially convenient during Tallahassee's summer rainstorms. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. The property is equipped with smoking-detection technology. If smoking is detected inside the home, the reservation may be terminated in accordance with our rental agreement, and a $500 smoke-remediation fee may apply. These measures help us maintain a clean, smoke-free environment for every guest. We want our guests to enjoy themselves while also being considerate of our neighbors. The home is equipped with a noise-monitoring device that measures sound levels only and does not record conversations. If noise becomes unusually loud, we may receive an alert and reach out. Continued or serious noise violations may result in termination of the reservation. If your plans require a lively outdoor space after 9 PM, this property may not be the best fit. Accessibility: This is an older home that was not originally constructed to modern accessibility standards. Some doorways, including bathroom entrances, may be narrower than those found in newer homes and may not accommodate all wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility devices. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can provide additional measurements or information about the property.
