„Dirty air conditioner..no sink in kitchen..no soap in soap dispenser in shower..no outside lights (finally fixed 3 days later) room has a bad odour. Dust on bathroom cabinet..theae things could have all been checked prior of my arrival. Definitely would not recommend this place.what really upsets me the most is the filthy air conditioning “

„Wonderful back yard in the Riverland Village neighborhood. Great access to airport and Ft. Lauderdale beach area and Las Olas Blvd. restaurants/stores. Everything was as advertised and the pool and landscaped backyard was the best for early-morning sun time.“

Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. “
