Fantastic experience

It has been an incredible experience to stay in this house. I totally recommend this accommodation both for its location and its facilities, it is beautiful. We appreciated the air conditioning, the outdoor kitchen, the pool and obviously the spaciousness of the house and the rooms.

Amazing home

We stayed here and the home is beautiful. We loved the open floor plan and the outdoor space. We had a hiccup at one point but Mergie and Joel were very helpful and made it right. I would go back to this rental company again and look forward to doing so.

Excelente experiencia

Estuvimos unos días en casa Maui y la verdad que la casa duperó nuestras expectativas. La casa es muy cómoda, las sábanas y toallas de primera y las almohadas también estaban muy bien. La cocina súper equipada, aunque faltarían unas fuentes para hornear. Excelente las heladeras, amplias para poder enfriar toda la bebida. Otro capítulo aparte fue que contamos con la ayuda de Marjorie quien sin dudas nos hizo la estadía mucho mejor. Sus desayunos eran riquísimos y la casa siempre lucía impecable. Sin dudas, unas vacaciones para repetir.

Amazing home

Better than the pictures if you can believe it. We loved every minute at Casa Maui - so much so it was hard to leave to explore other places. The house was clean, beautiful, well appointed, and perfect for our group of 8. The housekeeper Margorie (sp, sorry!) was wonderful. She made the most delicious breakfasts, kept our place clean, and was so fun to chat with! Cannot wait until we're back in Hacienda Pinilla and when we are we will absolutely be back at this exact property!

The Best Vacation EVER!

We stayed at over 6 places during our trip and this was by far our favorite! The area was perfect, the hosts were so nice & responsive, it was the most beautiful house and we had outdoor monkeys hanging around the trees so that was a plus! My wife and I plus our 4 kids had a main goal to get in lots of hiking, surfing and lounging by the pool. This home was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was also close to many beaches and trails we could explore. Check in was so easy and the management company workers were very friendly. The home was the perfect size for all of us, clean, attractive and cozy. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Welcome to the paradise

Casa Maui and the Pura Vida property management definitely made our first time in Costa Rica very comfortable. Adorable place and I loved the quiet and luxurious neighborhood of Hacienda Pinilla. Being a gated community made us feel safe and right at home. The house was perfect for 6, and we didn’t even use the 4th bedroom. Everything was very clean and management provided all the comforts we needed during our visit. Appreciated all the personal recommendations for restaurants and local hiking favorites. Would recommend staying at this location and would come back for a second stay!

You Will Love This Place

We had an amazing time at this place. We had 4 couples stay. Plenty of room and privacy for each couple. We got groceries delivered ahead of time, highly recommend this. Everything was stocked and ready before we got there. Having breakfast made for us each day was also really nice. We truly felt like we were on vacation. Having someone clean everyday was a major bonus. The location was great. Less than a 10 minute drive on golf carts to the beach. The beach club was a really fun place to visit during the day. Communication was excellent, everyone was very responsive if you needed anything at all. We will definitely be staying here again.

Gorgeous, modern house

Stunning, modern house. So much nicer than the pictures. We could have spent our entire trip just at the house. We seen monkeys in our backyard. Everything was great, comfy beds, daily housekeeping, great pool and yard. We never met the property managers, but never had issues. Check in was effortless. I was hoping to be able to walk to the beach, but the fences prevent it. And groceries are quite far away. But we loved it and would absolutely come back.

Amazing place

No words! Brand new beautiful space. Very quiet, incredibly clean, nicely decorated and furnished, huge kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms close to hiking trails and restaurants. Being so close to the ocean hearing the melodic sounds of the waves throughout the night was amazing. We had so much fun exploring Guanacaste. The place has everything you could possibly need for cooking so we only went out a few nights for dinner and the rest of the time the family gathered to cook in the indoor kitchen and on the outdoor barbeque. Everything seems to be brand new and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts were top of my list on communication. They genuinely care and are wonderful people. Top overall rating from us and we will definitely want to come back for another stay. Our only regret is not staying longer! We would love to stay here again when we return to Costa Rica.

Costa Rica Perfection!

This place was absolutely perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, just do it before it’s taken. Coming back to this gorgeous house at the end of each day was a trip highlight in itself. I can’t express how thoughtful the hosts are, they truly go above and beyond. The beds are also SUPER comfortable and the huge washer and dryer are extremely convenient. There were plenty of fresh beach towels and gear that really came in handy not to mention the location! The ocean is so close that you can hear it when the surf is big. Great for strolls on the beach to listen to the sound of waves. We were close to most things and never had to drive too far, including the trip from the airport which was just over an hour. The super powerful AC units in every room help us fall soundly asleep so we slept like a baby- this is so important since we were up at 5:30am most mornings. Thank you so much for making our first vacation to Costa Rica memorable, we truly enjoyed this house and I seriously cannot wait to be back!

Home Away from Home

When you find a home away from home, you never want to leave. From the very first communication of interest to the very last goodbye, we knew we were in good hands, which was important because we were worried about being in a Spanish speaking country. We chose this place for the local vibes and non “touristy” aspect. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, which was the number one highlight, but close behind was this gorgeous home. I can’t say enough amazing things… the beaches, the locals, the amenities, the communication, the monkey sounds, the breeze coming through the amazing windows that opened to connect the living room with the pool, the state of the art kitchen, the indoor and outdoor showers, riding horses on the beach- I’m crying just writing this!!! Trust me, we want to explore more of Costa Rica and continue to find new “home away from home” places, but NOTHING will ever beat this experience. We will hold this place in our hearts forever and we will be back soon! I would write more, but not enough room. Don’t hesitate, book It!
