« We went down to Tamarindo for my husband's birthday with a group of 9 couples - 18 people total. Each room was spacious, comfortable and had it own private bath and airconditioning. A stunning view from the back terrace and a fabulous lounge area with salt water pool and covered seating. The concierge, cooks, bartender and driver services were great and very accommodating. « We came to Tamarindo for a wedding, but didn’t want to stay at the hotel. There were 7 adults in our group who wanted something more private so we chose Hacienda del Pacifico. Pros: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Courtyard area with pool and outdoor kitchen was AMAZING. Cleaning service came on certain days. Property felt safe and secure. Check in/out was very easy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was VERY convenient. House provided beach chairs, towels, ice...

« We had a great stay. But... We did encounter scorpions, in the house, multiple times. Pretty scary for us. Apparently this might not be a big deal in Costa Rica. But I think it's good to know before going. We also had a bunch of biting ants that were streaming into the house through a hole in the wall one night. Yikes!!! And there was a very nasty ground bee nest by the pool. We managed through all of this but it was as bit of a surprise and I might have liked to know before going... »

« We enjoyed our stay. The beach was right across the street from the home. It was close to the Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The house had lots of towels and our AC worked just great! The pool area was fun for the kids. They used it everyday we were there. »

« La villa est idéalement situé à l'écart de l'agitation de Tamatindo mais demeure hyper accessible et centrale. Le setup est parfait pour 2-3 familles avec les chambres dans des appartements séparés. Ceci permet de pouvoir relaxé le matin chacun dans son espace. Perfect location close to private beach which has spectacular sunsets each night. Beach club is awesome and Playa Avallena is such a great, beautiful beach for surfing and boogie boarding. « The property was fantastic. The house staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and cheerful everyday. Especially to our 9 grandchildren under 12 . Thankful for the wonderful breakfast they prepared for us. The concierge Cristina was the most helpful and patient woman helping us with all our questions and planning for places to go and transportation getting around with 19 people . « From start to finish, staying at this property was an absolute breeze! Romi and the others at Five Star made this just that, a Five Star experience! They were on top of all of the requests we had and were very thorough in our check in and check out process. We had 10 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and it couldn't have been any better than this - all of us said we would come back to this area and this house. « It was a nice house only issue bathroom in bedrooms do not have doors that affect with light of the sun in the morning if you wanted to sleep until late it was impossible. For the rest it was amazing »
