The house features three large bedrooms and a separate one bedroom apartment with its own separate entrance and large tropical garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and large bathroom with shower, bathtub and vanity. The secondary bedroom has a king bed with ample storage as well as access to a secondary principal bathroom. The third bedroom in the house features a queen sized Murphy bed, its own patio and exercise equipment. The bed can be tucked away to make space for an at home workout space. All bedrooms have automatic light filtering blinds as well as black out blinds for a restful night sleep. The house is equipped with top of the line appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for at home cooking.

The one bedroom apartment is down a flight of stairs from the pool patio. It also enjoys a separate entrance accessed through a large backyard with tropical gardens and fruit trees. The apartment has its own kitchen with a cooktop, fridge and microwave. Stay comfortable with air conditioning throughout the home. The main floor is equipped with retractable screen doors to keep the bugs out but the breeze through.
