Valle House is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Tampa home designed for families and groups traveling together. Hot tub in the backyard, pool table in the game room, two private ensuite bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests. 10 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.



The two ensuite bathrooms are a real advantage for large groups. Half the house has fully private bathrooms, no competition for the shower in the morning. The main living room and separate game room with pool table give everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6. Outside: hot tub, BBQ grill, patio, and outdoor dining area.



Located in Tampa's Egypt Lake-Leto neighborhood, quiet residential streets, grocery stores and restaurants within minutes, and easy access to every major Tampa attraction.

- Hot tub service: $100/stay. Request in advance and we'll have it serviced before your arrival.

- Pet fee: $150/pet — max 3 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 fine, no exceptions.

- Extra guests above 8: $15/night

- Early check-in (subject to availability): $50

- Late check-out (subject to availability): $50

- Lost & found shipping: $100

- Additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires more than standard post-stay service
