I typically only review services that I find to be exceptional, and I try to be judicious when offering negative feedback. However, our recent stay at this property was disappointing at best. While the communication leading up to and during our visit was prompt and courteous, several factors made our stay uncomfortable.The primary issues were photo misrepresentation, lack of cleanliness, and a pest infestation. Upon waking up after our first night, we discovered a large pile of frass (insect waste) under a pillow in the second bedroom. Additionally, while the bathrooms and dishes were acceptable, there were crumbs, dirt, and stains on the floors and walls throughout the property.My two companions and I were in town for our 35th high school reunion and chose to stay for the duration of our two-night booking, but we were relieved that we had not traveled with our partners. We felt consistently uncomfortable and were eager to check out. Given the price point, there are much better offerings available in superior Tampa neighborhoods.I hope you find this feedback constructive as you consider this and other properties in the Tampa Bay area
