A renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath East Tampa home with ten beds for up to 12 guests, eight minutes from downtown Tampa and Amalie Arena. There is no pool; the house is built for crews, reunions and monthly stays, with 1 Gig fiber internet, in-unit laundry and parking for three vehicles.

An open floor plan runs from the living room sofa and large smart TV straight into the dining area and kitchen. A crew of twelve can still share one space. Each of the three bedrooms pairs a king or queen bed with a bunk bed, which is how the house reaches ten beds. There is no pool; the draw here is beds, parking and location.

BEDROOMS & BATHS (3 BR / 2 BA)

★ Setting: a residential street in East Tampa, 8 minutes from downtown. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful, especially at night.
★ Pool: there is no pool at this home.
★ Bathrooms & beds: three bedrooms, each with a king or queen plus a bunk bed, and one bed in the living room; two full bathrooms (one ensuite) for up to 12 guests.
★ Pets: dogs only, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
