A renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath North Tampa pool home for up to 6 guests, five minutes from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa and Adventure Island. The heated pool sits in a fully fenced backyard, and the house has a 70-inch TV, TVs in every bedroom and 1 GIG Wi-Fi.



The living room, 6-seat dining table and kitchen share one open area, so the group gathers around the L-shaped couch and the 70-inch TV. Out back, a fully fenced yard wraps the heated pool, a poolside seating area and the charcoal grill. Three bedrooms share one full bathroom.



BEDROOMS & BATHS (3 BR / 1 BA)

★ Bedroom 1: king bed, full-length mirror closet, drawers and its own TV

★ Bedroom 2: queen bed, mirror closet, bedside tables and lamps, smart TV

★ Bedroom 3: two twin-over-full bunk beds, drawers and a smart TV; the kids' room

★ The home sleeps 6 across the three bedrooms, so the bunk room leaves a spare bed or two for flexibility

One full bathroom for up to 6 guests: bathtub, shower, double sink, vanity mirror and toilet.

MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF

★ You need two bathrooms. Six guests share one tub-and-shower bath.

★ You expect free pool heat. Heating is $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking, and cannot be switched on mid-stay.

★ You are planning a party. This is a residential street with exterior cameras and a 3-vehicle limit.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

★ Setting: a residential street in North Tampa. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful, especially at night.

★ Pool heat: optional at $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means roughly 65–70°F water. It cannot be changed mid-stay, so request it before arrival.

★ Bathrooms & beds: a king room, a queen room and a room with two twin-over-full bunks share one full bathroom for up to 6 guests.

★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

★ Parking: no more than 3 vehicles on the property. Exterior security cameras are active outside.

★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
