I wish we had more time to enjoy this space. It was comfortable and nice. Tampa is very spread out and we went many places and this place was convenient, but with a car. (Thats a Tampa thing) close to good food, and bars, and grocery store. Neighborhood felt safe. On the rare days that the weather is cool or cold, dont get the pool heated. Theyll let you know in advance it wont get warmer than a few degrees over ambient temp, so its not a surprise. The pool area was very nice, so if you're going when its warmer. You'll probably enjoy it. The host responded to questions quickly and we didnt have any issues.

Great stay. The weather was cold, even for February, so we didn’t get into the pool. One noticeable issue is that the front door has a finger-wide gap between the frame and the door from the doorknob to the floor, and a gap along the threshold and the bottom of the door. Daylight shines through it. Was down to the high 30s a few nights, and with cold air entering the gap, the house hvac was unable to keep the home warm. I temporarily solved the issue by placing painter's tape over the gap to block cold air from entering the home. Some weatherstripping needs to be added to avoid drafts and possibly creatures (we saw none).Two minor issues, but should be mentioned. The shower drain is slow. Also, dishwasher every other time after two runs, barely cleaning dishes. Resorted to manual washing of dishes.The privacy gate on the driveway, one half off hinges, and on the ground upon arrival. Just noted if the next renter has pets.Overall great stay, near my sisters, would rent again. Was second time renting in 3 years, love it.

Nice location and great pool!

This house was in a nice location on a quiet street (although you do hear the jets from the AFB). Many of the surrounding houses and neighborhoods were negatively affected by the hurricanes, but this house was very clean and functional. The pool was very nice and warm. The communication with management was excellent (very responsive). Two nice parks within walking distance were a plus. Good restaurants and stores within a couple miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience

Owners stayed in contact and made sure we were happy and taken care of. House was perfect and had everything we needed. The location is nice and neighborhood is quiet. Yard was well kept and pool was nice and clean. Access to home was easy and I loved the keyless entry. Kids really enjoyed the pool/ping pong table. Only con was no light in the pool so once it got dark you couldn’t enjoy the pool until the 10 pm curfew but other than that no complaints at all. I would definitely stay again and would 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful home

This property met all our expectations. We loved the pool/table tennis and played quite a few games on it. On arrival there was a bit of a mix up with the key code and WiFi password, but someone came over within 15 minutes and sorted it out for us. Also as a gesture of goodwill they also heated our pool free of charge. I have never come a cross such a kind and caring rental company and nothing was too much trouble. If I am ever in Tampa again I would book this home again. Thank you for all your help, we really enjoyed staying in your lovely property.

Great Family Rental

Excellent rental home for our week long stay in Tampa with our 2 boys and 2 dogs. The house was pristinely clean and well appointed, and the private pool was refreshing. Communication with the rental company was seamless. Great billard table, outdoor pool very relaxing. Nice appliances and central AC system. Great internet, large TVs in bedrooms and living room with plenty channels across many streaming services. Private parking on circular driveway. We definitely recommend this home.

Great house

Just what we needed in Tampa, hope to stay here again. Clean, really comfortable bed, good attention to extras like extra towels, quality bedding, coffee, nice dinnerware, supplies... Pool and spa was a bonus, was very cold weather when we were there, so didn't use as much as we wanted, but it is heated. Liked the convertable table in the dining area for pool and ping pong, great idea or those rains showers in Florida. Communication with managers was very prompt when I had questions, definitely will rent from this company in the future.

Fun house for parents and kids

The house had great amenities with the outdoor pool, pool table, and ping pong available. All were enjoyed throughout our stay. The kitchen was great too with ample pots, pans, counter space for feeding the kiddos each morning. The management company responded quickly each of the few times we reached out with questions. The only item to keep in mind is that many of the lovely beaches are a bit of a drive from the house. The house is close to the various highways so this works out just fine, but it is important to know for planning. We’d stay again.

Family getaway

Great place to vacation with little kids! Pros: fully equipped kitchen, modern style, pleasant management staff, tons of towels!, Plenty of beds for a family of 4, large dining table, comfortable couch, heated pool, quiet neighborhood. Cons: although house was clean, we found pet hair everywhere... I randomly kept removing pet hair from my 3 month old baby's mouth, location is close to an army base so you will randomly hear jets fly by at random times of the day and night and they are very loud!, Bathroom is a bit on the small size... Overall we loved our stay here. My daughters loved the pool and the time we spent here.
