Property is not in a gated community, but very centrally located. Host was generous enough to allow us to check in an hour early. Beautifully renovated home with pool & lake view. Upon arrival house was very hot, they had the AC set at 80 and it’s summer time so it took 24 hours for it to finally cool down. Host was very responsive, and assured us it will get better. Also, pool guy came and treated the pool so the kids had to wait about 3 hours to get in, which was torture for them. Other than that the house is very spacious, great for a big family!

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Kommunikation
The outdoor area and space of the home was immaculate. However, I did find a few issues. I voiced these concerns to the owners and nothing was done. The home had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The towels that were “clean” were damp and had a smell. That sink is the front bathroom was stopped up. The dish washer smelt like cheese feet when opened. The freezer/ fridge had items left inside and was not clean. The washer was dirty. Overall, the house needs a good deep cleaning. Despite the cleanliness of the home, I enjoyed myself. The pool and outdoor entertainment is amazing. It is nice to have a net over the pool to keep leaves out. Very relaxing to sit by the water at night.

Family Wedding

This place was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time by the pool or in the enclosed porch. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It is a bit isolated...about a 10-15 minute drive in Tampa traffic to restaurants and grocery store but also love that it was quiet and peaceful. Would rent there again.

Worth it!

The floors needed to be mopped a bit and there was a lot of leftover food and spices that were expired but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The pool was nice. The location was nice. King beds in all of the rooms (even the double beds were King). Overall nice place and would stay again.

Home was as described. It was a great home base for my team as we worked in the Tampa area. Home was well stocked for preparing meals, even included an air fryer which we used. Would stay there again.
