Do not rely on the listing photos or high ratings—this property was not as advertised.We arrived to dirty sheets, STAINED/SOILED mattresses with no protectors, and a hot tub full of green water. Several basic items were missing (no hand soap, no towel bar near master sink, and a bathroom without a toilet paper holder).There were multiple maintenance issues: broken curtain rod (used chip clips to close curtain 1st night), burned-out lightbulbs, non-working shower head, very loud bathroom fan and confusing lighting that required climbing on the bed to use pull cords. Master bathroom has a large uncovered window facing a neighboring house—zero privacy!!The listing pictures were very misleading. Items pictured (like pool floats) were not provided.The host was responsive and dropped off new, but very basic & thin sheets the 1st night. However, we still had to wash sheets and make beds late at night upon arrival, which is unacceptable. Maintenance came the next day to fix the curtain rod & to drain/ clean the hot tub. We received a one-night credit, but I feel it wasn't enough considering the frustration & inconvenience we endured.Definitely feel we overpaid to stay here & feel misled. Would not stay here again.
