This house is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is a beautiful retreat. The house is very well appointed, everything we needed for a two week stay was right at hand. The owners were highly responsive and helpful.

Clean, convenient, responsive

The neighborhood was safe, the house was clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, and kitchen ware. This was a great choice for our family trip. I had a couple of questions before and during the stay and the host very quickly responded. We enjoyed our stay, and would return if back in the area.

Loved our stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely Seffner home. The host was extremely attentive. They left snacks for our teenagers which they thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The house is adorable and comfortable. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool . My husband and I enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. It’s is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our stay could not have been better.

We celebrated a 1st birthday at this home with extended family. The pool table, pool area, large dining table and well appointed kitchen were enjoyed by all. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. I recommend.

Met my needs and then some

The house myself and teen daughter rented was awesome! The owners even left some treats for us. It met all our needs, the pool was great, and most importantly, the house was very clean. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This house is exactly as pictured, spotless, tastefully furnished, perfect for families with kids (even my cranky teens loved the house and pool). Perfect if your vacation plans include Orlando to the west and Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg & Sarasota to the east (we also went to nearby Brandon for lunch, dinner and shopping). The property managers at Emperor Rentals (Mevon, Michelle, Norevel) were awesome, very professional, so responsive, keeping in regular contact with us via text. Great hosts! Whenever possible, we stay at a VRBO house with a high number of positive reviews, ensuring a great vacation experience. That was our experience at this house, which has over a hundred reviews. We would gladly stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place for a family to stay

Host were great and exceeded my expectations, they leave toothpaste and toothbrushes, and snacks, neighborhood is dated but the house was impeccable, location is around 30 mins east of the Tampa airport, pool was beautiful with comfortable water temperature, I would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful Home

This home has everything and more that you ask for. When traveling with family you want convenience and affordability. Well look no further as this is the perfect vacation home. The pool and patio area is gorgeous. All the rooms were specious and clean. The house has all sort of supplies in case you didn’t pack much. It’s conveniently near many stores and the beach is only 40min away. You can’t beat that.

Home away from home

We were in the area for my fathers surgery. This home provided some much needed family time and opportunity to bond before the operation. Everything was very comfortable and I really need the brand of sheets they use in the beds because they were beyond soft. Definitely recommend staying here, and will definitely do so myself if back in the area.

Very nice home, but the area is a little less desirable

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice. Our primary reason for choosing this home was the pool and patio. We throughly enjoyed this area. The owners are professional, responsive and courteous. The only negatives we have are (1) the master bathroom is extremely small and only has a shower and (2) the location of the neighborhood is in a less desirable side of town.

Nice Time

Was located close to interstate so you can go anywhere from here. Had nice beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Management check up on us making sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

This is the absolute best stocked house I've ever rented. They have thought of everything. The house is very nice, comfortable and close to everything. Great communication with owners. Very clean, great outdoor space and the perfect pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Florida Tampa Bay Trip

The house was nice the pool was great but it was quite deep and small and there were 2 little ones with us. The rooms were alright but the steps on the bunker bed hurt a lot because it was steel. And some of the furniture were misaligned like when you open the door the edge of the door would almost touch the bed frame. Other than that the beds were comfy and the shower was great.

Excellent place!

This property worked great for our needs! It was very clean we had plenty of space to accommodate everyone’s needs. We rented it for a work trip for the Sun N Fun airshow. Communication was great. Would stay there again!

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed here for 4 days. The house was supplied with everything we needed, for example laundry detergent, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The docking stations around the house that could charge any phone came in handy. We loved the heated pool and hangout area. 10/10 would recommend!

Super nice property, neighborhood seemed a bit dicey

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and nice. Many amenities. Pool was clean and nice. Great spot to lounge right off kitchen. Mgmt checked in on us frequently. Bathrooms were stocked nicely. Kitchen was well appointed but we couldn't find any mixing bowls. Also not enough silverware for a house intended to hold that many people. Bunk room was perfect for kids. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We didn't have any trouble and it was a quiet street. Groceries, Wal-Mart and drug store were quite close. Convenient to things in Tampa.

Looks good in pictures anyways

The house interior looks as pictured. Do NOT try to open master slider door, it fell out and almost injured us. The ice maker had an issue when we 1st arrived, but we got it working. The pool table was not usable (due to space restrictions), the dart board doesn't work, and the pool is filthy( i believe this is the pool company's fault they hired). Pool guy came twice while we were there, and neither time did the pool come out clean. The neighborhood is iffy, the house next door looks abandon, there are cameras all around the property, on the patio/pool area..Beware, No skinny dippin'!! I will say the owners were very responsive when I communicated the concerns about the ice maker and pool upon arrival, and again later with the doorwall situation. They asked to send Cisco the maintaince guy, i declined and told them we would refrain from using the ice maker and doorwall, and we would wait till monday for the pool cleaner( we were going to clearwater anyways). The next day we had a knock on the door around 10am "Maintance", again I declined( a scheduled visit would of been different, at that time we were gearing up for a day on the boat). Needless to say, when they offered a refund, there we no homes available for the dates we needed, so we had no choice but to stay( we came down from MI). This property is NOT worth what we paid! Owners should reconsider the age of the windows/doorwalls, the security needed due to neighborhood etc when listing.
