One free parking space is included with your reservation in a nearby parking garage located approximately one block from the building. Parking in this area can be expensive, often costing visitors up to $40 per night, making this a valuable added convenience.

Please note that Ybor City is an active entertainment district. While the area is generally peaceful during the day, guests may hear music and nightlife activity from nearby venues on Thursday through Sunday evenings, occasionally lasting until around 2:00 AM. This vibrant atmosphere is part of what makes Ybor City such a unique destination.

The neighborhood is highly walkable, allowing you to easily discover Ybor`s historic streets, restaurants, cafés, cigar lounges, museums, and nightlife. Guest Screening & Damage Protection

As part of our screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete the online check-in form through our guest portal.

Please provide the following information as required by our building management:

Personal information
A valid government-issued ID
A selfie for verification
Your reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified.

Building and Condo Security Measures

• Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels.
• Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment)

ADDITIONAL FEE`S:

Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet)

Our pet fee structure is as follows:

• Short stays: $25 per pet, per night
• 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet
• 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet

NOTE : The pet fee will be charged separately once the booking is confirmed.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.
• $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.

AMENITY DISCLAIMER:

• Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control.

BUILDING ACCESS

• You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip. The locks for the building work through a smart phone application.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION

• We are located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood! You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt.
HOUSE RULES:

Pet Rules Policy

• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves

Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.


Guest Policy

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)

PACKAGES

•We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
