My wife and I are empty nesters and our grown children reside in various areas of the country, so we decided to use this home as a central meeting place to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday together. Shortly after arriving, we realized we had made a great decision. The house was clean, neat, well appointed and is in a nice, quiet, ethnically diverse, family oriented neighborhood. I contacted our host (Vildana) to ask minor questions several times during our stay, and she was always pleasant and super responsive. For example, on Thanksgiving day, my wife could not turn on the washing machine, so I contacted Vildana, fully expecting her to say, she would address it the next day. However, to our surprise, she actually said âmy husband Chris will be right overâ. A few minutes later Chris arrived and rectified the issue in less than 5 minutes. After he left, I sent Vildana a text to thank her for their prompt response, on a holiday no less, and she said âYour comfort is our priorityâ. WOW!!! My family and I have stayed at numerous vacation rental properties in various areas of the country, and we have never experienced hosts as appreciative, caring and responsive as Vildana and Chris. If my family and I could give them 10+ stars we certainly would. Therefore, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in the Tampa area.
