Do yourself a favor: choose another hotel. Like several other reviews mention — and I can confirm — this hotel is sadly neglected and in a miserable state: broken shower door, ripped-off moldings, broken sun loungers, etc. The list is long!
Cleanliness is poor: I found someone else's hair on the sink counter and on my bed at check-in. Old band-aids lay around the pool area for two days. A half-eaten, rotting apple was decomposing among the flowers on the room balcony. The balconies are filthy, the public toilets are dirty — and on and on.
It’s a shame, because the location is good and the view is beautiful, but everything else shows a blatant lack of care — especially for the price.
The internet doesn’t work — the Wi-Fi is extremely slow.
I emailed them before my arrival to organize my trip and an excursion, and they took more than 10 days to reply — an unreasonable delay for customer service.
Getting to the hotel is dangerous, with a steep slope and a 180-degree turn. At least they offer valet parking for €30 per night.
I chose this hotel last minute because it was the only one available with a room for three people. But don’t make the same mistake — avoid this hotel.
