« Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Don’t eat at the country...

"Les photos sur le site et les noms des chambres ne correspondent pas Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre "romantique" il ne s'agit en rĂ©alitĂ© que d'une "suite" classique, rien de romantique, pas la mĂȘme dĂ©coration que sur les photos. La tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionnait pas, on m'a vaguement parlĂ© d'un ajustement du prix en consĂ©quence, remboursĂ© sur la carte ayant servi au paiement, mais Ă  ce jour je n'ai rien vu arriver. Tant pis. MalgrĂ© ça, l'hĂŽtel est bien situĂ©, calme, et les chambres sont ok. Un peu loin du vrai centre ville cependant, et pas grand chose Ă  voir visuellement avec le style Adobe de Taos. Nous avons vu des hĂŽtels qui avaient l'air plus sympas un peu plus loin sur la route, et plus proche du centre. Mon conseil donc : ne pas hĂ©siter Ă  choisir un autre, mĂȘme si celui lĂ  est convenable. "
