addition to the pool and equipped solarium shared with other guests of
the Thalissa estate, the villa is full of accessories and amenities that
make it an exclusive property. It offers up to 10 beds.
Present: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, ping-pong table, bicycles, barbecue,
garage, outdoor shower, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, kitchen
complete with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric
kettle, coffee maker etc.

The patron villa is part of a large property with pool in Taranto, in an exclusive beachfront area south of the city.
Guests of the villa have access to the large pool area equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing.
On the terrace overlooking the beach is a rejuvenating mini Jacuzzi whirlpool pool.
The villa is arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, and on the second floor from 1 quadruple room with double bed + sofa bed for two people and en suite bathroom.
Large living room and well-equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor.

Villa patronale is located in Lizzano,
right in front of San Vito beach. The location is just a few minutes`
drive from the center of Taranto and all the main services.
Taranto
is a historic city with a rich cultural offer, a beautiful historic
center, the swing bridge, museums, churches, traditions all to be
discovered, typical cuisine taverns and shopping streets that can
satisfy all needs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 600, payable on-site. 
 - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- The Jacuzzi is available upon request; please notify us at the time of booking.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared Garage, outdoor shower and washing machines.
