THE DECK
All day sun. The open-plan lounge flows onto a large, sunny deck with a louvred roof, so it’s rain or shine. BBQ, outdoor dining and an outdoor couch are ready for long lunches and sunset drinks.

A bright, sunny lounge with a cosy nook for curling up with a book. The modern kitchen has gas cooking, an electric oven and bar stools, plus a little window bench for sipping coffee in the morning sun. Please note that there is no dining table inside - outdoor only.

Rear of the house:

Bedroom 1 (Queen): up a short staircase. Watch the birds from the comfort of your bed!
Bedroom 2 (Double): downstairs with a private toilet and sliding doors to a small garden and deck.

Front of the house:

Bedroom 3 (Double) and Bedroom 4 (Single), sharing a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

This is a smaller home that feels spacious and well planned out.
